Tristyle Group is engaged in selling women’s clothing and accessories online and via mail orders. The company owns brands Peter Hahn and Madeleine. The company is headquartered in Munich with additional offices in Hong King, Bangkok, Istanbul and Porto.

  In 2015, Tristyle entered market and hired Unicon Oustourcing to render outsourcing services. 

  During the setup phase, Unicon Outsourcing has developed customized accountancy policy acceptable under local regulations for the customer. Software engineers have set up automatic uploads of shipment and sales data. 

  Presently, Unicon Outsourcing maintains financial and tax accountancy, payroll calculation and HR administering in 1C software, and transfers reports and statement to the tax authorities and funds via Kontur system. Aside from general statements, Unicon Outsourcing prepares corporate reports, which include balance and financial statements that feature coding as per corporate plan invoices of the company’s headquarters.
